Refund Policy

Short version: Our free tier is free forever — no trial, no card required. Cancel Pro anytime. Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable once renewed, but you keep access until the end of the period. One-time purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

1. Free tier

All Oils Companion accounts start on a free tier with core functionality available at no cost and no card required. Paid features (Pro subscription, one-time purchases such as the Mastery System or Protocol Library) are unlocked when — and only when — you choose to pay for them. There is no automatic trial period and no automatic charge after registration.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly Pro and Family subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate.

We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days and, when approved, process refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.

6. EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason. However, by starting to use the Service during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you expressly waive the right of withdrawal for fully performed digital services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement to hello@oilscompanion.com. We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal statement.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue recovery of disputed amounts plus any chargeback fees incurred. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly — please always email us first.

8. Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Changes do not affect the current billing period. You will receive at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the next renewal.

9. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief outages for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues are not grounds for a refund unless the Service is unavailable for an extended continuous period and you contact us.
